How To Uninstall jmeter-apidoc On Debian 7

To uninstall jmeter-apidoc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jmeter-apidoc

Load testing and performance measurement application (API doc)Debian 7.0doc2.5.1-1
sudo apt-get remove jmeter-apidoc

This will remove just the jmeter-apidoc package itself.

Uninstall jmeter-apidoc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jmeter-apidoc

This will remove the jmeter-apidoc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jmeter-apidoc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jmeter-apidoc

Or similarly, like this jmeter-apidoc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jmeter-apidoc
