How To Uninstall jmeters On Debian 7

To uninstall jmeters just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jmeters

multichannel audio level meterDebian 7.0sound0.2.1-2
sudo apt-get remove jmeters

This will remove just the jmeters package itself.

Uninstall jmeters and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jmeters

This will remove the jmeters package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jmeters then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jmeters

Or similarly, like this jmeters

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jmeters
