How To Uninstall jpilot-plugins On Debian 7

To uninstall jpilot-plugins just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jpilot-plugins

plugins for jpilot (Palm Pilot desktop)Debian 7.0otherosfs1.8.1.2-1
sudo apt-get remove jpilot-plugins

This will remove just the jpilot-plugins package itself.

Uninstall jpilot-plugins and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jpilot-plugins

This will remove the jpilot-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jpilot-plugins then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jpilot-plugins

Or similarly, like this jpilot-plugins

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jpilot-plugins
