How To Uninstall jpilot On Debian 7

To uninstall jpilot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jpilot

graphical app. to modify the contents of your Palm Pilot's DBsDebian 7.0otherosfs1.8.1.2-1
sudo apt-get remove jpilot

This will remove just the jpilot package itself.

Uninstall jpilot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jpilot

This will remove the jpilot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jpilot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jpilot

Or similarly, like this jpilot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jpilot
