sudo apt-get remove latex-fonts-sipa-arundina

This will remove just the latex-fonts-sipa-arundina package itself.

Uninstall latex-fonts-sipa-arundina and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove latex-fonts-sipa-arundina

This will remove the latex-fonts-sipa-arundina package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
