How To Uninstall libacegi-security-java On Debian 7

To uninstall libacegi-security-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libacegi-security-java

Acegi Security System for SpringDebian 7.0java1.0.7-3
sudo apt-get remove libacegi-security-java

This will remove just the libacegi-security-java package itself.

Uninstall libacegi-security-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libacegi-security-java

This will remove the libacegi-security-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libacegi-security-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libacegi-security-java

Or similarly, like this libacegi-security-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libacegi-security-java
