To uninstall libatk-adaptor-data just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove libatk-adaptor-data
This will remove just the libatk-adaptor-data package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libatk-adaptor-data
This will remove the libatk-adaptor-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libatk-adaptor-data then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge libatk-adaptor-data
Or similarly, like this libatk-adaptor-data
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libatk-adaptor-data
