How To Uninstall libautotrace3 On Debian 7

To uninstall libautotrace3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libautotrace3

bitmap to vector graphics converter, shared library filesDebian 7.0libs0.31.1-16+b1
sudo apt-get remove libautotrace3

This will remove just the libautotrace3 package itself.

Uninstall libautotrace3 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libautotrace3

This will remove the libautotrace3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libautotrace3 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libautotrace3

Or similarly, like this libautotrace3

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libautotrace3
