How To Uninstall libbrlapi-jni On Debian 7

To uninstall libbrlapi-jni just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libbrlapi-jni

Java bindings for BrlAPI (native library)Debian 7.0java4.4-10+deb7u1
sudo apt-get remove libbrlapi-jni

This will remove just the libbrlapi-jni package itself.

Uninstall libbrlapi-jni and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbrlapi-jni

This will remove the libbrlapi-jni package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libbrlapi-jni then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libbrlapi-jni

Or similarly, like this libbrlapi-jni

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbrlapi-jni
