Uninstall just libcfitsio3-doc

sudo apt-get remove libcfitsio3-doc

This will remove just the libcfitsio3-doc package itself.

Uninstall libcfitsio3-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcfitsio3-doc

This will remove the libcfitsio3-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcfitsio3-doc then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libcfitsio3-doc

Or similarly, like this libcfitsio3-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcfitsio3-doc
