How To Uninstall libcmor-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libcmor-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcmor-dev

Development files for Climate Model Output RewriterDebian 7.0libdevel2.8.0-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove libcmor-dev

This will remove just the libcmor-dev package itself.

Uninstall libcmor-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcmor-dev

This will remove the libcmor-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcmor-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcmor-dev

Or similarly, like this libcmor-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcmor-dev
