How To Uninstall libcommons-csv-java On Debian 7

To uninstall libcommons-csv-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcommons-csv-java

a Java library for working with csv (comma separated values) filesDebian 7.0java0.1-SNAPSHOT+svn678580-3
sudo apt-get remove libcommons-csv-java

This will remove just the libcommons-csv-java package itself.

Uninstall libcommons-csv-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcommons-csv-java

This will remove the libcommons-csv-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcommons-csv-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcommons-csv-java

Or similarly, like this libcommons-csv-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcommons-csv-java
