How To Uninstall libcr0 On Debian 7

To uninstall libcr0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcr0

Libraries to Checkpoint and Restart Linux processesDebian 7.0libs0.8.5-2
sudo apt-get remove libcr0

This will remove just the libcr0 package itself.

Uninstall libcr0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcr0

This will remove the libcr0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcr0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcr0

Or similarly, like this libcr0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcr0
