How To Uninstall libcupt2-dev On Debian 7
To uninstall libcupt2-dev just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always add libcupt2-devagain by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just libcupt2-dev

This will remove just the libcupt2-dev package itself.
Uninstall libcupt2-dev and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcupt2-dev
This will remove the libcupt2-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcupt2-dev then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcupt2-dev
Or similarly, like this libcupt2-dev
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcupt2-dev
