How To Uninstall libcwidget3-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall libcwidget3-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcwidget3-dbg

high-level terminal interface library for C++ (debugging files)Debian 7.0debug0.5.16-3.4
sudo apt-get remove libcwidget3-dbg

This will remove just the libcwidget3-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libcwidget3-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcwidget3-dbg

This will remove the libcwidget3-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcwidget3-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcwidget3-dbg

Or similarly, like this libcwidget3-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcwidget3-dbg
