How To Uninstall libdbus-c++-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall libdbus-c++-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdbus-c++-dbg

C++ API for D-Bus (debugging symbols)Debian 7.0debug0.9.0-6
sudo apt-get remove libdbus-c++-dbg

This will remove just the libdbus-c++-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libdbus-c++-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdbus-c++-dbg

This will remove the libdbus-c++-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdbus-c++-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdbus-c++-dbg

Or similarly, like this libdbus-c++-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdbus-c++-dbg
