How To Uninstall libdrizzle-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall libdrizzle-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdrizzle-dbg

library for the Drizzle and MySQL protocols, debug symbolsDebian 7.0debug1:7.1.36-stable-1
sudo apt-get remove libdrizzle-dbg

This will remove just the libdrizzle-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libdrizzle-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdrizzle-dbg

This will remove the libdrizzle-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdrizzle-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdrizzle-dbg

Or similarly, like this libdrizzle-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdrizzle-dbg
