How To Uninstall libdrizzledmessage-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libdrizzledmessage-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdrizzledmessage-dev

Devel library containing serialized messages used with DrizzleDebian 7.0libdevel1:7.1.36-stable-1
sudo apt-get remove libdrizzledmessage-dev

This will remove just the libdrizzledmessage-dev package itself.

Uninstall libdrizzledmessage-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdrizzledmessage-dev

This will remove the libdrizzledmessage-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdrizzledmessage-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdrizzledmessage-dev

Or similarly, like this libdrizzledmessage-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdrizzledmessage-dev
