How To Uninstall libecore-x1 On Debian 7

To uninstall libecore-x1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libecore-x1

Ecore functions for dealing with the X Windows SystemDebian 7.0libs1.2.0-2
sudo apt-get remove libecore-x1

This will remove just the libecore-x1 package itself.

Uninstall libecore-x1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libecore-x1

This will remove the libecore-x1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libecore-x1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libecore-x1

Or similarly, like this libecore-x1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libecore-x1
