Uninstall just libedata-book-1.2-13

sudo apt-get remove libedata-book-1.2-13

This will remove just the libedata-book-1.2-13 package itself.

Uninstall libedata-book-1.2-13 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libedata-book-1.2-13

This will remove the libedata-book-1.2-13 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libedata-book-1.2-13 then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libedata-book-1.2-13

Or similarly, like this libedata-book-1.2-13

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libedata-book-1.2-13
