How To Uninstall libedata-cal-1.2-15 On Debian 7

To uninstall libedata-cal-1.2-15 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libedata-cal-1.2-15

sudo apt-get remove libedata-cal-1.2-15

This will remove just the libedata-cal-1.2-15 package itself.

Uninstall libedata-cal-1.2-15 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libedata-cal-1.2-15

This will remove the libedata-cal-1.2-15 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libedata-cal-1.2-15 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libedata-cal-1.2-15

Or similarly, like this libedata-cal-1.2-15

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libedata-cal-1.2-15
