How To Uninstall libelmersolver-dbg On Debian 7
To uninstall libelmersolver-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libelmersolver-dbg

This will remove just the libelmersolver-dbg package itself.
Uninstall libelmersolver-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libelmersolver-dbg
This will remove the libelmersolver-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libelmersolver-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libelmersolver-dbg
Or similarly, like this libelmersolver-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libelmersolver-dbg
