Uninstall just libevas-doc

sudo apt-get remove libevas-doc

This will remove just the libevas-doc package itself.

Uninstall libevas-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libevas-doc

This will remove the libevas-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libevas-doc then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libevas-doc

Or similarly, like this libevas-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libevas-doc
