How To Uninstall libfaifa0 On Debian 7

To uninstall libfaifa0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libfaifa0

manage HomePlug 1.0/AV devices via ethernet frames - libraryDebian 7.0libs0.2~svn82-1
sudo apt-get remove libfaifa0

This will remove just the libfaifa0 package itself.

Uninstall libfaifa0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfaifa0

This will remove the libfaifa0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libfaifa0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libfaifa0

Or similarly, like this libfaifa0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfaifa0
