How To Uninstall libgcj13-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall libgcj13-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgcj13-dbg

Debugging symbols for libraries provided in libgcj13-devDebian 7.0debug4.7.2-3
sudo apt-get remove libgcj13-dbg

This will remove just the libgcj13-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libgcj13-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgcj13-dbg

This will remove the libgcj13-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgcj13-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgcj13-dbg

Or similarly, like this libgcj13-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgcj13-dbg
