How To Uninstall libgdata-cil-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libgdata-cil-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgdata-cil-dev

Google GData CLI client libraryDebian 7.0cli-mono2.1.0.0-1
sudo apt-get remove libgdata-cil-dev

This will remove just the libgdata-cil-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgdata-cil-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdata-cil-dev

This will remove the libgdata-cil-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgdata-cil-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgdata-cil-dev

Or similarly, like this libgdata-cil-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdata-cil-dev
