How To Uninstall libgdome2-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libgdome2-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgdome2-dev

Development files for libgdome2Debian 7.0libdevel0.8.1+debian-4.1
sudo apt-get remove libgdome2-dev

This will remove just the libgdome2-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgdome2-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdome2-dev

This will remove the libgdome2-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgdome2-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgdome2-dev

Or similarly, like this libgdome2-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdome2-dev
