How To Uninstall libgdu-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libgdu-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgdu-dev

GObject based Disk Utility Library - development filesDebian 7.0libdevel3.0.2-3
sudo apt-get remove libgdu-dev

This will remove just the libgdu-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgdu-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdu-dev

This will remove the libgdu-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgdu-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgdu-dev

Or similarly, like this libgdu-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdu-dev
