How To Uninstall libgeocode-glib0 On Debian 7

To uninstall libgeocode-glib0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgeocode-glib0

geocoding and reverse geocoding GLib library using Yahoo! Place FinderDebian 7.0libs0.99.0-1
sudo apt-get remove libgeocode-glib0

This will remove just the libgeocode-glib0 package itself.

Uninstall libgeocode-glib0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgeocode-glib0

This will remove the libgeocode-glib0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgeocode-glib0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgeocode-glib0

Or similarly, like this libgeocode-glib0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgeocode-glib0
