Uninstall libgeronimo-javamail-1.4-provider-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgeronimo-javamail-1.4-provider-java

This will remove the libgeronimo-javamail-1.4-provider-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
