How To Uninstall libgmlib0 On Debian 7

To uninstall libgmlib0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgmlib0

gnome-mplayer library (shared library)Debian 7.0libs1.0.6-1
sudo apt-get remove libgmlib0

This will remove just the libgmlib0 package itself.

Uninstall libgmlib0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgmlib0

This will remove the libgmlib0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgmlib0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgmlib0

Or similarly, like this libgmlib0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgmlib0
