How To Uninstall libgnustep-dl2-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libgnustep-dl2-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgnustep-dl2-dev

development files for gnustep-dl2 runtime librariesDebian 7.0libdevel0.12.0-9+nmu1
sudo apt-get remove libgnustep-dl2-dev

This will remove just the libgnustep-dl2-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgnustep-dl2-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgnustep-dl2-dev

This will remove the libgnustep-dl2-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgnustep-dl2-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgnustep-dl2-dev

Or similarly, like this libgnustep-dl2-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgnustep-dl2-dev
