How To Uninstall libgsql-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libgsql-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgsql-dev

Integrated database development tool for GNOMEDebian 7.0libdevel0.2.2-1.2+b1
sudo apt-get remove libgsql-dev

This will remove just the libgsql-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgsql-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgsql-dev

This will remove the libgsql-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgsql-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgsql-dev

Or similarly, like this libgsql-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgsql-dev
