How To Uninstall libk5crypto3 On Debian 7

To uninstall libk5crypto3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libk5crypto3

MIT Kerberos runtime libraries - Crypto LibraryDebian 7.0libs1.10.1+dfsg-5+deb7u7
sudo apt-get remove libk5crypto3

This will remove just the libk5crypto3 package itself.

Uninstall libk5crypto3 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libk5crypto3

This will remove the libk5crypto3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libk5crypto3 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libk5crypto3

Or similarly, like this libk5crypto3

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libk5crypto3
