How To Uninstall libmudflap0-4.7-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libmudflap0-4.7-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libmudflap0-4.7-dev

GCC mudflap support libraries (development files)Debian 7.0libdevel4.7.2-5
sudo apt-get remove libmudflap0-4.7-dev

This will remove just the libmudflap0-4.7-dev package itself.

Uninstall libmudflap0-4.7-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libmudflap0-4.7-dev

This will remove the libmudflap0-4.7-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libmudflap0-4.7-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libmudflap0-4.7-dev

Or similarly, like this libmudflap0-4.7-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libmudflap0-4.7-dev
