How To Uninstall libtemplate-perl On Debian 7

To uninstall libtemplate-perl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libtemplate-perl

the "Template Toolkit" template processing system in perlDebian 7.0perl2.24-1
sudo apt-get remove libtemplate-perl

This will remove just the libtemplate-perl package itself.

Uninstall libtemplate-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libtemplate-perl

This will remove the libtemplate-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libtemplate-perl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libtemplate-perl

Or similarly, like this libtemplate-perl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libtemplate-perl
