How To Uninstall libzltext-dev On Debian 7

To uninstall libzltext-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libzltext-dev

ZLibrary text model/viewer part (development files)Debian 7.0libdevel0.12.10dfsg-8
sudo apt-get remove libzltext-dev

This will remove just the libzltext-dev package itself.

Uninstall libzltext-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libzltext-dev

This will remove the libzltext-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libzltext-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libzltext-dev

Or similarly, like this libzltext-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libzltext-dev
