How To Uninstall tango-accesscontrol-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall tango-accesscontrol-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tango-accesscontrol-dbg

TANGO distributed control system - accesscontrol serverDebian 7.0debug7.2.6+dfsg-14
sudo apt-get remove tango-accesscontrol-dbg

This will remove just the tango-accesscontrol-dbg package itself.

Uninstall tango-accesscontrol-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tango-accesscontrol-dbg

This will remove the tango-accesscontrol-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tango-accesscontrol-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tango-accesscontrol-dbg

Or similarly, like this tango-accesscontrol-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tango-accesscontrol-dbg
