How To Uninstall targetcli On Debian 7

To uninstall targetcli just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just targetcli

administration tool for managing LIO core targetDebian 7.0python2.0rc1-2
sudo apt-get remove targetcli

This will remove just the targetcli package itself.

Uninstall targetcli and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove targetcli

This will remove the targetcli package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for targetcli then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge targetcli

Or similarly, like this targetcli

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove targetcli
