How To Uninstall task-japanese On Debian 7

To uninstall task-japanese just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just task-japanese

Japanese environmentDebian 7.0tasks3.14.1
sudo apt-get remove task-japanese

This will remove just the task-japanese package itself.

Uninstall task-japanese and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove task-japanese

This will remove the task-japanese package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for task-japanese then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge task-japanese

Or similarly, like this task-japanese

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove task-japanese
