How To Uninstall tcl-signal On Debian 7

To uninstall tcl-signal just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcl-signal

"Signal" extension for TclDebian 7.0interpreters1.4-1
sudo apt-get remove tcl-signal

This will remove just the tcl-signal package itself.

Uninstall tcl-signal and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcl-signal

This will remove the tcl-signal package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcl-signal then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcl-signal

Or similarly, like this tcl-signal

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcl-signal
