How To Uninstall tclcl On Debian 7

To uninstall tclcl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tclcl

tcl2c++ and otcldoc program from tclclDebian 7.0utils1.20-6
sudo apt-get remove tclcl

This will remove just the tclcl package itself.

Uninstall tclcl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tclcl

This will remove the tclcl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tclcl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tclcl

Or similarly, like this tclcl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tclcl
