How To Uninstall tcpflow On Debian 7

To uninstall tcpflow just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpflow

TCP flow recorderDebian 7.0net0.21.ds1-7
sudo apt-get remove tcpflow

This will remove just the tcpflow package itself.

Uninstall tcpflow and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpflow

This will remove the tcpflow package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpflow then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpflow

Or similarly, like this tcpflow

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpflow
