How To Uninstall tcpslice On Debian 7

To uninstall tcpslice just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpslice

extract pieces of and/or glue together tcpdump filesDebian 7.0net1.2a3-4
sudo apt-get remove tcpslice

This will remove just the tcpslice package itself.

Uninstall tcpslice and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpslice

This will remove the tcpslice package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpslice then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpslice

Or similarly, like this tcpslice

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpslice
