How To Uninstall tcpstat On Debian 7

To uninstall tcpstat just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpstat

network interface statistics reporting toolDebian 7.0net1.5-7
sudo apt-get remove tcpstat

This will remove just the tcpstat package itself.

Uninstall tcpstat and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpstat

This will remove the tcpstat package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpstat then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpstat

Or similarly, like this tcpstat

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpstat
