How To Uninstall tea-data On Debian 7

To uninstall tea-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tea-data

sudo apt-get remove tea-data

This will remove just the tea-data package itself.

Uninstall tea-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tea-data

This will remove the tea-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tea-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tea-data

Or similarly, like this tea-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tea-data
