How To Uninstall thunar-data On Debian 7

To uninstall thunar-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just thunar-data

Provides thunar documentation, icons and translationsDebian 7.0xfce1.2.3-4
sudo apt-get remove thunar-data

This will remove just the thunar-data package itself.

Uninstall thunar-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove thunar-data

This will remove the thunar-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for thunar-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge thunar-data

Or similarly, like this thunar-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove thunar-data
