How To Uninstall tiger-otheros On Debian 7

To uninstall tiger-otheros just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tiger-otheros

sudo apt-get remove tiger-otheros

This will remove just the tiger-otheros package itself.

Uninstall tiger-otheros and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tiger-otheros

This will remove the tiger-otheros package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tiger-otheros then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tiger-otheros

Or similarly, like this tiger-otheros

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tiger-otheros
