How To Uninstall tiger On Debian 7

To uninstall tiger just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tiger

Report system security vulnerabilitiesDebian 7.0admin1:3.2.3-10
sudo apt-get remove tiger

This will remove just the tiger package itself.

Uninstall tiger and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tiger

This will remove the tiger package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tiger then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tiger

Or similarly, like this tiger

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tiger
