How To Uninstall tinycdb On Debian 7

To uninstall tinycdb just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tinycdb

an utility to manipulate constant databases (cdb)Debian 7.0utils0.78
sudo apt-get remove tinycdb

This will remove just the tinycdb package itself.

Uninstall tinycdb and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tinycdb

This will remove the tinycdb package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tinycdb then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tinycdb

Or similarly, like this tinycdb

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tinycdb
